Haunted Hike at Old Man’s Cave
Head out this Tuesday to hear some spooky stories in the dark! State Park Naturalists will go over the myths of Old Man’s Cave and we will learn about the history of the location. Ghosts or not, Old Man’s cave is a beautiful place to check out, and located only about 15 minutes from your Cherry Ridge Retreat Cabin! Meeting at Old Man’s Cave Visitors center at 8pm.

The Secret Life of Plants
Join State Park Naturalists on this 3 mile guided hike on the Cemetery Loop at Boch Hollow State Natural Preserve. Learn all about native plants and their many uses, smells and unique defensive chemicals! Meeting at the East Trailhead (approx 1 mile from the Boch Hollow office).

City of Logan Tree ID Walk
Have you ever looked up at the trees in your neighborhood and wondered what kind of trees they were? Is that big one an Elm or an Oak or a Maple or what?? Well fret no longer, just meet up in Logan and join with ODNR Urban Forester Ann Bonner, who will teach us all about the different trees in the city of Logan and enjoy a nice stroll through the city! When you’re done with the hike, you can always make a quick stop to Millstone BBQ, or M&M’s Family Diner, both great food options in the Logan area!

Annual Hocking Hills Pow Wow
Come and show your appreciation and respect to our Native American heritage at the Annual Hocking Hills Pow Wow! Featuring food, Native dance performances, craft and jewelry, this must-see event is prefect for the whole family. Admission is $5 per person (kids under 13 and seniors are free). Pow Wow opens at 10am each day.
