Our Response to COVID-19
During the uncertainly of the COVID-19 Virus, we would like for you to rest assured knowing that Cherry Ridge Retreat is doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff.
If you have stayed with us before, you’ll know that we take cabin cleanliness very seriously. All of our housekeeping staff are thoroughly trained in our 95 step cabin cleaning procedure. Our cabins are cleaned with Lysol multi-purpose cleaner, which kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria, this is applied to floors, countertops and all surfaces. We conduct a Quality Control inspection after every cleaning to ensure that the cabins are up to our highest standards.
In addition to our regular procedure, we have added preventative measures to ensure the entire cabin is disinfected prior to housekeeping beginning their regular clean and final sanitization.
If you have an upcoming stay with us or are considering booking with us, please rest assured that we have no intention of closing our property to our guests, and we are taking every step we can to ensure the safety of our guests. We will continue to follow any guidelines set forth by the CDC and State of Ohio and will continue to update guests as we learn more. In the event of a travel ban effecting the dates of your stay, we will allow you to reschedule your Cherry Ridge getaway.
